Summit Giving Society
The Summit Giving Society is comprised of Explore Austin’s four giving circles. The Society brings together our community of leadership donors who make an annual commitment to support adventurous, local youth as they develop into confident and courageous adults.
By making this annual commitment at any of the levels below, members help lead the way by empowering youth from economically disadvantaged communities to pursue their own versions of success.
Thank you for being a critical part of Explore Austin’s mission as together we provide six years of mentorship, leadership development and outdoor adventure to deserving, local youth!
Giving Levels
Basecamper
Sponsor an Explorer’s full year of curriculum.
- Impact: 9 Saturday Challenges; 1 week-long Summer Wilderness Trip; 220 hours of mentoring
- Listing in the Annual Report (print and online) and the Quest for the Summit program (print)
- Invitations to exclusive giving circle member events
- Two complimentary tickets to the Quest for the Summit event
Pathfinder
Sponsor one team’s (15 Explorers, 5 Mentors) Saturday Challenges during the school year.
- Impact: 9 Saturday Challenges for one team; 810 cumulative outdoor adventure hours; 3,300 cumulative hours of mentoring
- Listing in the Annual Report (print and online) and the Quest for the Summit program (print)
- Invitations to exclusive giving circle member events
- Five tickets (1/2 table) for the Quest for the Summit event
Mountaineer
Sponsor two teams’ (30 Explorers, 10 Mentors) Saturday Challenges during the school year.
- Impact: 9 Saturday Challenges each for two teams; 1,620 cumulative outdoor adventure hours; 6,600 cumulative hours of mentoring
- Listing in the Annual Report (print and online) and the Quest for the Summit program (print)
- Invitations to exclusive giving circle member events
- One complimentary VIP table for the Quest for the Summit event
- Quarterly, personal updates from the CEO
Pinnacle
Sponsor one team’s (15 Explorers, 5 Mentors) entire year of curriculum.
- Impact: 1 Summer Wilderness Trip for one team; 9 Saturday Challenges for one team; 20 lives forever changed
- Listing in the Annual Report (print and online) and the Quest for the Summit program (print)
- Invitations to exclusive giving circle member events
- Two complimentary VIP tables for the Quest for the Summit event
