Blair Adams

Blair started her nonprofit career nearly a decade ago as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Dominican Republic, where she became fluent in Spanish. She has worked with multiple youth-serving organizations, including Girl Scouts of Central Indiana as a Camp Director. Most recently, she served as Senior Diversity Recruitment Specialist with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Travis County.

Blair is originally from Indiana and holds a B.A. in Communications from Indiana University. She moved to Texas in 2017 with her now-husband, John, an Austin native. They currently live in Round Rock with their dog, Gigi. She is excited to share the mission of Explore Austin with other outdoors-minded folks who want to meaningfully impact underserved youth in the Austin area.
